Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WorkEcho's cards, review pages, and dashboard. By ordering a card, creating an account, or using a card, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the review destinations you configure. Do not point cards at unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

Orders & payment

Card orders are priced by total quantity and paid at checkout. Prices and availability may change, but the price shown at checkout is what you pay for that order. Orders over 500 cards are handled as custom quotes. Your cards are custom-printed to your design, so orders enter production shortly after payment.

Shipping & returns

We ship within the US (and select regions) and will share tracking when your order ships. Because cards are personalized, we can't accept returns of correctly-produced items — but if anything arrives defective or wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

Cards and links

Each card has a permanent public link that redirects to a destination you choose. You may change the destination at any time. We may suspend a link used for abuse, fraud, malware, or that violates these terms or applicable law.

Reviews

WorkEcho never gates or filters customers. Everyone who taps is sent to your chosen destination. Analytics measure taps, not completed reviews — we cannot confirm that any individual submitted a review. You are responsible for following each review platform's own guidelines (for example, not incentivizing reviews where prohibited).

Partner & reseller accounts

Partner accounts (agencies and resellers) may create client businesses, order cards at wholesale, and — if they enable selling — take orders from their own customers. As a partner, you're responsible for your clients' and customers' data and for your own pricing, billing, taxes, and support. When your customers pay you through the hosted page or embed, payments are processed via your connected Stripe account and you are the merchant of record for those sales; our wholesale is collected automatically. You must have the right to provide any client information you enter, and you may not resell in a way that is deceptive or violates a review platform's rules.

Service availability

We work to keep redirects fast and reliable but provide the service “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
